With half his career inside an organisation and the rest as a consultant, Paul connects independent advice with organisational reality. He has extensive experience in strategy, business improvement, org design, workshop facilitation, and the development of growth strategies for various entities.
Paul has held senior management positions within education, agribusiness, food and industrial sectors, and has been an advisor across a wide range of industries including tourism, not-for-profit, retail, government, utilities, and resources organisations.
